Summer 2008 Dates & Tuition
Three Sessions:These sessions are good for all children; younger kids and first-time campers included!
You may notice some small changes to our calendar in comparison with previous years. Sessions One and Two are now two days longer than they have been in the past. Session three has been trimmed back to just two weeks. Much of this change is in response to market demands, the input of our camp families, and the changing school calendars throughout the state. Tuition Fees -- 2008 Season
Session One: Sunday, June 15 - Monday, June 30 (2 wks, 2 days) .........................$1995.00 ($400 deposit)
Session Two: Tuesday, July 1 - Wednesday, July 16 (2 wks, 2 days)......................$1995.00 ($400 deposit)
Session Three: Thursday, July 17 - Wednesday, July 30 (2 wks).............................$1750.00 ($400 deposit)
Sessions One and Two: Sunday, June 15 - Wednesday, July 16 (4 wks, 4 days).....$3895.00 ($800 deposit)
Sessions Two and Three: Tuesday, July 1 - Wednesday, July 30 (4 wks, 2 days)....$3695.00 ($800 deposit)
Full Season: Sunday, June 15 - Wednesday, July 30 (6 wks, 4 days).......................$5565.00 ($1200 deposit)
Families may deduct 7% from these prices for each additional sibling.

Please note: All three sessions were entirely filled

If you do not want to go on a waiting list, please get your enrollment
in early!
Phone Calls: Our long-time policy (based on experience and respecting your child's best interest) is that campers don't make or receive phone calls. Letters, emails and faxes are distributed to campers each day. You may call the Directors or the Camp Medical Staff whenever you wish. We'll also be most happy to pass along such messages as "Happy Birthday" or "It's a Girl", etc. Rest assured that we would phone you immediately if your child does not arrive as scheduled on opening day, or if there were any topic needing your attention during camp. (If desired, "airplane-arrival" campers may phone home from Phoenix.)
Visiting: Our Open House/Visiting Days will be on the Departure mornings of June 30, July 16, and July 30 from 8:30 to 11:30 AM and includes a complimentary brunch for all. For obvious logistical reasons and to help every camper better transition into camp life, there are no visitng times during the session.s
These totals include everything but incidental needs, services or expenses -- for example, toiletries, phone calls, or medical care in Prescott. Laundry, cabin photo, and transportation to &from Phoenix are included.
A small deposit will be collected for the other incidental expenses, and the balance refunded after camp, or a bill sent for balance due in case of overdraft. We do not sell any edibles, gum or pop, as we provide three good meals, plus nourishing snacks daily.
Deposits, as above, are due upon application. Full balance is due by April 10. After April 10 all fees are due upon application.
2008 ENROLLMENT
We've been enrolling campers since October. At this writing there are plenty of spaces for girls and boys in all of our three sessions, but some sessions are close to filling. Keep checking for updates.Updated May 3, 2008
Session One (June 15-30): Boys are full with a short wait list; Girls are 95% full.
Session Two (July 1-16): Boys are 80% full. Girls are 80% full.
Session Three (July 17-30): Plenty of space for boys. Girls are 70% full.
NOTE: Our camp capacity is just over 200 for each session. If you have additional questions, please contact us.
To be on our wait list, a deposit of $400 is required. The deposit is refunded in full in the event a space doesn't open up or should you decided to remove yourself from the wait list.
Multiple Sessions: Campers may also enroll for any combination of sessions, and about a fifth of our campers do so every year. This is particularly true for older or returning campers, who may really want to learn all about a particular activity or just want to spend time with a cousin or a friend they seldom see! Since most multiple session campers will stay back-to-back, Session Two can fill quickly!
